Rob Weaver
As the Operations Manager / Senior Project Manager for Wright Contracting, Rob manages projects from pre-construction through close-out and analyzes our pipeline for resource and capacity planning. Throughout a project, Rob carefully coordinates submittal and RFI reviews with the architect and all subcontractors and manages the job database to maintain the efficient flow of information from design team members to subcontractors in the field. Coordination between different scopes also falls into Rob’s area of expertise as he helps to make sure the various scopes of work will interface correctly with each other. Rob works with clients and end users from the start of the project on through to completion. He consistently meets schedule and budget constraints by efficiently coordinating between trades, exploring value engineering potential and achieving key milestones between the project beginning and end. Rob is known and appreciated for his exceptional communication skills.
