The new 3 story steel framed College Academic Center is LEED Gold v3 Certified including geothermal, recycled content, products and labor sourced locally, and Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) wood. BIM was used for Mechanical / Electrical / Plumbing design. The project required extensive sitework and drilled piers and the building totals 38,000 SF.
