As a project manager, Steve manages his projects from start to finish.  He works directly with the project team from conceptual pricing through project close-out. Steve sets the highest standards in pre-construction to make sure the work is on the right track from commencement.  He is responsible for cost control, subcontractor bid analysis, estimating and budgeting, scheduling and value engineering. Steve’s 30+ years in construction brings a broad and diverse background to his projects at Wright Contracting. With his years of hands-on experience as a carpenter building high end custom homes from the ground up, experience in commercial projects throughout the Bay Area, and his Bachelor of Arts degree in Business and Economics from Westmont College in Santa Barbara, Steve is able to work well with subcontractors, clients, and laborers on projects. When not at work, Steve enjoys camping & backpacking with his family, traveling, golfing, fishing, and hunting.
