FETTERS APARTMENTS (Formerly Sonoma Springs)

Wright is seeking quotes from all qualified subcontractors whose services may apply to this project.  Subcontractors must possess a current, valid Contractors License, insurance and workers compensation coverage as required.  Subcontractor must adhere to all provisions for duration of the project.  Wright is is negotiated General Contractor.

Project Description:  Fetters Apartments (formerly known as "Sonoma Springs") is located at 17360 Highway 12, Sonoma, on a 6.76 acre, 3 parcel site.  Phase 1 includes Parcel B - a family complex with its associated community serivces and parking; and Parcel C - a neighborhood commerical center and parking area.  (Parcel A the community garden and bike path with infrastructure for future senior housing, will be part of another phase).
Project Construction Schedule:  Construction start approximately June 15, 2015 with a 15 month duration.

Special Considerations:  This project is subject to Federal Davis-Bacon labor standards requirements and HUD 4010-Labor Standards Provisions.  Section 3 Contractors are encouraged to bid.  See bid documents for additional information.

Requests For Information:  All questions shall be submitted in writing via email to Rick Grossmann AND Seth Maze.  Responses to RFI's will be issued via addenda.

  • Project Description:  New 20,800 SF facility including a 350 seat theater, drama classroom that will double as a "Green Room" for all performances, band room, scene shop, restrooms, box office and lobby/gathering space.  The facility will include state-of-the-art lighting, sound and acoustical systems.
