La Crema Winery

Wright completed the La Crema facilities in time for the 1996 harvest. The two buildings, totaling 120,000 sf, consist of concrete tilt-up and cast in place exterior walls. The facility includes a tank storage building with open top fermentation tanks, barrel building, crush facilities, laboratory, administration offices, and two process waste ponds with a capacity in excess of 2 million gallons.
