Colgin Winery & Residence

The Colgin Winery and Residence combines a fully operational winery with a Tuscan style Residence that overlooks Napa's Lake Hennessey. The lower level of the residence includes two barrel storage rooms and the wine cellars. The two story structure includes cast-in-place concrete and cmu exterior walls with an exterior stone veneer facade. The detached tube steel framed circular building serves as the Production building, with grape processing occupying the upper level and the lower area serving as the Fermentation area.
