SSU Student Housing

Wright Contracting completed the construction of the Sonoma State University Student Housing Growth Phase 1 project four months ahead of the construction schedule. This 222,870 SF multi-story student housing complex features wood framed construction with a stucco exterior. Amenities include student living quarters, common areas, pool and outdoor recreation areas. The $28 million dollar project was completed in the Fall of 2003.
