Old Elm Apartments

Developed by Burbank Housing Development Corporation, this 87 unit complex features a community building and common green area in the center of the complex. Morse & Clever Architects designed the complex around the green featuring front porches on each unit, inviting all to sit outside and enjoy the family atmosphere. Wright completed this unique project located in Petaluma, California, in 2001.
