The Lofts at Basin Street Landing

This mixed-use, three story project occupies one city block of the Central Petaluma River Enhancement and Access Plan. The building was created in a joint effort with the city and its citizens, and is situated on the beautiful Petaluma River. The design extends the downtown commercial district while creating 43 luxury apartments above. The multiple facades of the building allow it to blend into the scale of the existing city.
