
Pre-Construction Management
Wright Contracting, Inc. offers the pre-construction management planning and coordination necessary to meet the owner's schedule, cost and design parameters. Conceptual planning, schematic design and design development input is provided as the contractor becomes an active team member with the owner, architect and planners. Services include:
- Design review and evaluation
- Plans and specifications
- Estimating and budgets
- Accounting and warranty policies
- Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP)
Construction Services
Field organization is the key to successful completion of the project using our proven management procedures and systems. When the plans and specifications in the Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) are complete and the Notice to Proceed is established, the Project Manager and Project Superintendent work together to meet the cost and time goals.
Project Manager responsibilities include:
- Regular meetings with owner's representative, project design team and others as appropriate
- Prepare and track action items, status orders, change orders, and supporting documents
- Maintain schedules, subcontract agreements and insurance, purchase orders
- Accounting liasion for accurate reporting
- Project close-out including operating and maintenance manuals, warranties, guarantees
Project Superintendent responsibilities include:
- Daily progress schedules and reports using Microsoft Project on all phases of work
- Jobsite quality control, safety meetings, monitoring and compliance
- Daily manpower records, monitoring labor issues, concrete pour logs, inspections
- Creation and completion of as-built drawings, final occupancy approvals
