Monte Vista is a non-profit affordable housing development comprised of 107 units of affordable apartments located in Santa Rosa California.   The campus features 3 story wood framed construction with tuck under parking circled around a central plaza with outdoor community spaces punctuated with a beautiful community multi-purpose building.
