Jennings Court was built in 2008 and is a 3 story metal framed affordable Senior living rental property.

Architect Jon Wordon's design incourage community by encorporating various size meeting spaces on all three levels of the buildings.  These multi use areas serve to meet the functional needs of the tenants while also creating opportunities for interaction and linking the interior rooms with exterior patios and courtyards.  website http://www.jonwordenarch.com
