Bio:
Bill has over nineteen years of in the field experience on complete project supervision and management, coordination of building phases, scheduling, purchasing, budget control and cost reporting. 

Bill is responsible for all jobsite decision making, including subcontractor coordination, scheduling, quality control, safety and communication with City and County Building Officials. 

As a  Qualified Storm Water Professional (QSP) and a Certified Erosion Sediment and Storm Water Inspector (CESSWI), Bill is currently leading the way in implementation of the new Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan General Permit.
