Bio:
Don has excellent communication and leadership skills.  He has a history of completing jobs within budget and on time.  Don has extensive experience in commercial and winery construction and has been involved in the construction of over 25 different winery projects as well as schools, health clubs, motels and hospital facilities.   Don’s reputation is built on jobsite quality and positive subcontractor relationships along with an excellent record for jobsite safety.  Clients say Don is a pleasure to work with and appreciate his open minded problem solving attitude.

Philosophy:
Both of Don’s Grandfathers, three Uncles and his Father were builders.  He feels blessed to have all their teachings while growing up in this business.  Asked why he does what he does, Don said “Not many things give me more of a thrill than to turn a project over to the owner on time and on budget!”

In the Community:
Coached high school basketball for 5 years and various youth sports for 10 years prior.
